Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

Items may be eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:

  • the item is unused and in its original condition
  • the item is returned in its original packaging when possible
  • the return request is made within the allowed return window described below

Items that show signs of significant use, damage caused by misuse, or modification may not be eligible for return.

 

Return Window

Return requests should be made within 10 days of receiving the order.

Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

When reporting a damaged item, please include:

  • your order number
  • photos showing the damage
  • photos of the packaging if applicable

We will review the situation and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

 

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.

If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Refunds

Refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected.

If a return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.
