The PondPal™ Story
With the lack of available tools to cut cattails and other plants, we were forced to design a very great tool, the PondPal™ sickle.
Years ago we made our first prototype, very primitive but it worked OK. We kept improving it until it was great, then we decided to put it on the market. It was very challenging but we are very proud of presenting this very versatile tool for battling cattails, bulrushes and other aquatic plants and weeds.

WHAT THE PONDPAL™ IS GREAT AT DOING!
- For use as a short hand tool or screw on a long handle for more leverage and farther cutting.
- For cutting cattails, bulrushes, pragmanites, canna lilies, rushes, pickerel weed, aquatic grasses, irises, etc.
- Cut large mats of primrose, pennyworth, and aquatic grass mats.
- For pulling small to large branches out of the water.
- Take weed samples under or above water.
USE & CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To cut; pull the PondPal™ blade along the base of the vegetation towards you in a quick jerk movement.
Don’t try to move the cut vegetation with the side of the blade. Use the sharp edge of the blade to move it.
To install a new blade just unscrew the used one and put another one on the threaded side of the pole.
